Jerome China is challenge-driven with a track record of delivering client value by integrating his entrepreneurial skills, with 20+ years of experience as a search professional, marketing consultant and business development executive.
As CEO of his own search firm, and advertising consultancy, Jerome has developed lasting client relationships with Fortune 500 companies across the country. From being recognized as a top producing search account executive, to being retained as the agency of record for a leading family dining chains Diversity Affairs department, Jerome is known for strategic insight, and determination to deliver high-quality results.

Throughout his career, Jerome has never hesitated to innovate to get the job done. He led the revamping of recruitment and sales processes at several companies to improve placement rates, identify more qualified candidates, and increase new account acquisition.
Jerome majored in Financial Management at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, and is pursuing a degree in Advertising with a concentration in Online Marketing at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He is a former New York State Certified Mediator serving in Brooklyn, NY, conducted “Guerilla Warfare Job Hunting” seminars, and has worked on Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance initiatives.
Jerome is based in New York, NY. While much of his free time is consumed renovating a 1905 Colonial Revival home, he really prefers to spend his time on the golf course…or in the studio creating metal sculptures

Mikki is an executive management consultant with a passion for transformation and innovation. She has worked with a wide range of Media & Entertainment clients across media segments, including Publicis, IPG, WPP, Sotheby’s, Reader’s Digest, NBC/CNBC, CTV, Thompson Newspaper Group, Dow Jones, Reuters, Reed Reference Publishing, WWE, and Universal Studios.
Her functional experience includes: strategic planning, product/solution strategy, operations management, program management, digital transformation, global sourcing, workflow modelling, advertising management, subscription management, rights management, and core GL/AP/AR finance functions.

As a Business Development Executive at IBM, Mikki was responsible for Media & Entertainment solutions in the US. These industry solutions integrated multiple IBM brands – services, software, hardware, offshore (process, applications, infrastructure), research and partners – to deliver enterprise innovation.
She was hired by FTI Consulting in 2010 to build-out their Digital Media practice. And then in 2012, Mikki became Partner/Chief Strategy Officer at The Glassbox – a SaaS startup launching a social enterprise Smart Process Application (SPA) for global program management.
